The best service I’ve ever had. My battery went dead on Saturday afternoon in a shopping centre car park after grocery shopping. It was fixed in 45 minutes, and he (sorry I didn’t get his name) was very pleasant, too. Definitely five stars!

Fast, Prompt and friendly. Friday night 26 Feb 2021, left my lights on (dumb **** I am). returned to my car ...flat battery. These guys turned up in the rain and the dark and replaced the battery quickly. I was on the road and heading home within 23 minutes of ringing them. RACQ said "A patrol car would take about 2 hours on a Friday night". If you cant remember to turn off your lights on your car, then it would pay you to keep Cairns Batteries number in the glove box. Third on the list for "Roadside batteries" on my Google search. and first to say "No problems mate I will be there in less than 10 mins" and they where. Service, safety and a Smile...cant ask for better than that. Priceless Regards Mal Beck

Last night the battery in the wife's Subaru died. We got in contact with Michael (via Google) and purchased a replacement battery from him while he was at Officeworks getting school supplies for his kids. Michael was great to deal with, and made a potentially stressful situation a walk in the park. I fit the battery and got the car home safe and sound by 10pm that night. I'm a big believer in praising good customer service, and last night we had great service from Michael, he does your business proud.

Cannot recommend this business highly enough, wife just completed the weekly shopping Saturday afternoon, and finds out the battery has died, I was out of town and couldn't do anything to assist, contacted Cairns Batteries who thankfully were able to get her up and running within the hour, my wife said that the young bloke who came too her aid (Michael) was extremely helpful and polite, many thanks to Cairns Batteries, lifesavers.

The wife's Subaru died with a flat battery late at night. I collected a battery from Michael within 20 minutes of calling him. He was very helpful, knew his stuff and a pleasure to deal with. Have saved the number for future use. The only feedback I would provide would be for Cairns Batteries to have a mobile eftpos machine on hand, but that's really a 1st world problem to have. A trip to the local ATM is a small price for me to pay in order to get my car home safe and sound 👍

Thanks Cairns Batteries!!! Michael was fantastic. He was there in half an hour on the Show Holiday as we were trying to get away for the weekend. He even ran the diagnostics which the past 2 places we got batteries from didn't do. This brought up old faults that weren't reset and would have made our battery run incorrectly and harder. Thanks again Michael!

Yeah, he came out tested my battery. He arrived in 30 mins. My battery was at 10% or 10v and showed me on the tool... He had the one I needed, and done in a couple mins. Hes fast at everything he does with no hassles, I hope his wife dosent think that. Haha sorry if you read this. Cheers
